PUMPKIN PARTY!

Hi everyone! The Pumpkin Party is coming up (Sunday, October 23rd from 4:00-5:30 pm), so here are a couple of details:

• The Pumpkin Party is a fundraiser for the team! For this reason we expect all team members to attend the event, and for older team members to work at the various stations to help the event run smoothly. We will also need a few parent volunteers!

• Costumes: We encourage ElevateMates to match costumes! Simple, homemade, costumes are easy (and fun to make) so that you do not have to go and buy anything new. ElevateMates should chat with each other within the next week or two to plan. Ideas include: Thing 1 and Thing 2, Disney princesses/princes, Where’s Waldo, Mario characters, etc… If you’re stuck, a quick google search is often helpful!

• Helpers/Stations: Students can sign up on the team bulletin board at the studio, and parents are encouraged to come in to sign up as well, or e-mail Kelly with your availability. Helpers can be 10+ and younger dancers can pair up with their older ElevateMate if they’d like to assist!

• We definitely need parents to contribute baked goods that are individually wrapped for our bake sale!

• Adult helpers: we need set-up and clean-up assistance, bake sale bakers, and adults to work the bake sale table at the event! Email Kelly to sign up, or come in and put your name on the bulletin board!
