Thank you to Julie Coolidge, Liz Connolly, and Kim Ordman for meeting with me on Tuesday evening to discuss fundraising efforts for the Holiday Show and beyond. Any fundraising the team does will help defray costs for a number of team events - most notably a DISNEY dancing experience we hope to get on the calendar soon!
For the holiday show, we are asking the team contribute to making raffle baskets. We decided six raffle baskets would be a great addition to the performance and a wonderful way to raise funds. To that end, we are asking each team member contribute the following:
Shining Stars: 'Game Night' basket
Please bring in one item to be included in a game night basket!
Rockstars: 'Movie Night' basket
Please bring in one item to be included in a movie night basket!
All-Stars: 'Hot Chocolate and Treats' basket
Please bring in one item to be included in a 'night before Christmas' type basket!
Junior Elites, Elites, and Senior Elites: WINE!
Please bring in one bottle of wine (red or white) to be included in three wine baskets!
Items can be brought into the studio any time prior to December 10th. If you would like to help with fundraising efforts, please let me know. We can use all the help we can get! There will also be opportunities at the event (set-up, clean-up and raffle/fundraiser management) if you would like to help that day as well.
